With ‘Ankur’ Biomass Gasification plant, whole EFB can be used after pressing, shredding and drying as per our specifications. Alternatively EFB Briquettes can also be used as per our standard specifications as below:-
- Type - Whole EFB, EFB Briquettes
- Net Calorific Value - Above 4,000 kCals/kg
- Bulk Density - Above 550 kg/M³ for EFB briquettes , Above 150 kg/M³ for whole EFB
- Ash Softening Temperature - ≥ 1200⁰C
- Moisture Content - ˂ 10% on wet basis for EFB briquettes , ˂ 20% on wet basis for whole EFB
- Ash Content - ˂ 5% on dry basis
- Whole EFB Size - Should not exceed 200mm X 200mm X 90mm
