- Journey started 5 years ago by associating with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USA.
- The technology is called Omni Processor, developed in US but indigenised by us as per Indian context and integrated with MSW treatment.
- ANKUR Fecal Waste Processor works on thermal mode and converts fecal sludge into energy and purified water.
- It is a decentralized treatment plant which reduces fecal sludge volume by 97% in 6-8 hrs. upon its arrival at the Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP).
- First plant is installed for Vadodara Municipal Corporation in one of the STP in Vadodara city, India. The project is funded by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USA.
- Second plant is under execution in Rohingya Camps for Government of Bangladesh. The project is funded by Asian Development Bank.
Why Online Thermal FSTP?
